1. How do I find my Device ID?

Your Device ID is the key we use to identify your account. To find it, simply visit nyayam.org and click the star icon in the top-left corner of the page. Your Device ID will be displayed there.

You’ll need to copy and share it whenever you contact support or want to manage your subscription.

2. Where is my data stored? Is it private?

Your privacy is central to how NYAYAM is built. All your case data is stored exclusively on your device, not on our servers. This is by design.

What this means in practice:

• Your cases and documents are never uploaded to or accessible from our end.
• Your data stays completely private and under your control.
• Do not clear your browser data on the device you use to access NYAYAM doing so may log you out and erase your saved cases.
• Always use the same browser on the same device when accessing NYAYAM.

3. Can I access my cases across multiple devices?

Because your data is stored locally on your device, it is not synced or shared across devices. Each device maintains its own separate data.

If you log in from a different device or browser, you will not see cases created on another device. To keep your work intact, always use the same browser and device, and avoid clearing your browsing data.

4. What plans does NYAYAM offer?

NYAYAM currently offers two paid plans:

The $20 Plan

Ideal for individuals with standard legal queries. It includes:

• 5 files per case – Upload up to five supporting documents (contracts, notices, and other legal materials) which are analysed alongside your case description.
• 5× token limit – Tokens measure text length (roughly 1.4 tokens per word). A higher limit allows for longer case descriptions and more detailed analysis.
• Full ability to download or print your case analysis.

The $200 Plan

Designed for extended, complex, or high-stakes cases. It includes everything in the $20 plan, plus:

• 25 files per case – Upload your documents..
• 50× token limit – Process large document sets and write in-depth case descriptions without compromise.
• State-of-the-art AI analysis – Your case is handled with the most advanced AI capabilities available.
• VIP support – Priority access to our support team for fast, attentive assistance.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime, in one of two ways:

1. Do it yourself: Click the star icon in the top-left corner of nyayam.org and select “Manage Subscription” to cancel directly.

2. Let us handle it: Contact our support team and share your Device ID and the email address you used to sign up. We’ll take care of the cancellation on your behalf.

6. I can’t find my active subscription. What should I check?

If we’re unable to locate an active subscription linked to your Device ID, here are a few things to verify:

• Has the subscription already been cancelled?
• Did you use a different Device ID or email address when you signed up?
• Are you accessing NYAYAM from the same browser and device you originally used?

Share these details with our support team and we’ll investigate further.

7. Can I use NYAYAM’s analysis as legal advice?

NYAYAM is a powerful tool for understanding your legal situation but it is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer.
